Our Infrastructure
At Ajit Chemicals (P) Ltd., our team of professionally managed technocrats is well equipped with a highly sophisticated and robust infrastructural base. It empowers us to be stable, to grow rapidly and grab peerless success in the industry. The well established infrastructural base of our company comprises of the following-
- 16 fully automatic injection moulding machines (30-650 ton locking capacity), 8 micro processor based machines of Cincinnati Milacron, L&T Demag and Electronica Make (50-650 ton locking capacity) for CNC and other machines
- A well established exclusion line for the production of plastic sleeves and tubings
- An advanced tool room having 2 CNC milling machines, EDM machine and all other required conventional machinery
- A well maintained assembly line for various assemblies including cops
- A testing laboratory with almost all the testing equipment required for plastic
- A world class manufacturing unit including in-house CAD/CAM facility for injection moulded plastic components & assemblies.
